South Hudson National Prescription Take-Back Day

Mobile Units from the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office will provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing prescription drugs at the following locations and times: Walk for Team Walker, Exchange Place in Jersey City between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.; Ocean Towers in Jersey City between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.; Curries Woods in Jersey City between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; and Villa Borinquen in Jersey City between 1 and 2 p.m.

North Hudson National Prescription Take-Back Day

Mobile Units from the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office will provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing prescription drugs at the following locations and times: Lawler Towers in North Bergen between 1o a.m. and 11 a.m.; Bella Vista Apartments in Union City between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; and, Acme Supermarket in Weehawken between 1 and 2 p.m. 

Rising Trends Juvenile Justice Symposium

The Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor is hosting the "Rising Trends Juvenile Justice Symposium" which will address topics such as: Homelessness, LGBTQ Issues, Police De-Escalation, Mental Illness, Youth Services, Vaping and Substance Abuse Trends. This event is open to law enforcement and select education professionals.

Law Day

Law Day, held annually on May 1, is a national day set aside to celebrate the rule of law. Law Day provides an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty, strive to achieve justice, and contribute to the freedoms that all Americans share.

Union City’s Free Law Day

Residents will have the opportunity to hear from lawyers on the following topics: Immigration, Guardianship for Children, Landlord-Tenant Issues, Divorce, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, Criminal Law/Expungements etc. at this annual event in Union City. 

5th Annual Darren “Reese” Talington Basketball Classic
