Welcome to the website of the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor. It is my hope that you use this site to access and learn about our mission, personnel and departments, resources and contacts, involvement in the community, law enforcement initiatives, and our many accomplishments.

With approximately 70 Assistant Prosecutors and more than 100 Detectives, our office serves to assist victims, witnesses, and families with their interaction within the criminal justice system. We work to overcome the harsh effects of crime and instill fairness and confidence to our citizens concerning their safety and security. We strive to promote public awareness through education, community outreach and public information programs.

The office works on behalf of all citizens of Hudson County and aims to provide leadership and support to our Chiefs of Police and Municipal Prosecutors.

I have a personal commitment to ensure that those who commit crimes upon our citizens are prosecuted and punished to the full extent of the law and that the safety and rights of all our citizens are identified, protected, and respected with dignity and sensitivity.
