HATE CRIMES & BIAS INCIDENT PRESENTATION TO BE HELD AT BAYONNE PUBLIC LIBRARY ON TUESDAY

Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has released the following information:

Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor, in association with the Bayonne Branch of the NAACP and The Friendship Baptist Church is hosting a free seminar for the residents of Hudson County on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Bayonne Public Library located at 697 Avenue C in Bayonne. The event will be held in the 2nd-floor meeting room.

The discussion, “Hate Crimes & Bias Incidents,” will be presented by Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Angela Gingerelli. AP Gingerelli will help explain the legalities involving hate crimes and bias incidents, how to know whether or not you are a victim of this type of crime and what you should do if you or someone you know becomes a victim of a bias crime.

The presentation is free and all residents are invited to attend.
