FREE EXPUNGEMENT WORKSHOP TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, MARCH 13

Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor is hosting a free workshop for the residents of Hudson County on Monday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The workshop, “How to Expunge your Criminal Record,” will be presented by Assistant Prosecutor Leo Rinaldi. The workshop will explain the process of expungement and the necessary steps an individual must take in order to have their criminal record expunged.

Attorney James Banks will be available to offer free legal assistance in completing expungement applications.

The workshop will be held in the community meeting room at the Currie Woods Housing Authority located at 65-67 Ruby Brown Terrace in Jersey City. The workshop is free and all residents are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
