FREE EXPUNGEMENT WORKSHOP TO BE HELD IN BAYONNE
Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez has announced that the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor, in association with the Bayonne Branch of the NAACP is hosting a free workshop for the residents of Hudson County on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the V.F.W. Post located at 33-35 West 19th Street in Bayonne.
The workshop, “Learn How to Erase your Juvenile/Criminal Record,” will be presented by Assistant Prosecutor Leo Hernandez. The workshop will help explain the process of expungement and the necessary steps an individual must take in order to have their criminal record expunged.
Additional attorneys from Northeast New Jersey Legal Services will be available to offer free legal assistance in completing expungement applications.
The workshop is free and all residents are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
