Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services presents a Community Resources Fair featuring Senior Services; Veteran Services; Mental Health Services; Services for Disabled Individuals; Medicare Enrollment Information; Transportation Services; Substances Abuse Services; Youth Services; and many more. Free health screenings, Children’s Activities, Giveaways, Healthy Eating Workshop. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
